St. Ann's High School recently hosted a three-day Orientation Program for Teachers, Students, and Parents. The event, held from November 5th to 7th, featured Ms. Reena Charles, Chairperson of Ek EHSAAS Foundation, as the resource person. The program covered various topics, including: - Effective Communication and Emotional Intelligence: Ms. Charles guided teachers on innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and growth. - Self-Discipline and Goal Setting: Students from Classes 9 to 12 learned about stress management and maintaining a positive attitude. - Parenting Skills: Parents received insights on understanding children's emotional needs, maintaining open communication, and providing a supportive home environment. The program aimed to promote awareness and strengthen collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in fostering holistic child development.
